Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No credit card is required, you automatically are signed up for a 14 day free trial. After the trial has eneded, if you are not subscribed the website(s) will not be viewable from the site.

Can I create multiple studies?

Yes, you can create up to 10 study websites. Keep in mind that the plan cost is the price per/study (so your plan cost is multiplied by the number of studies you have).

What if I decide to cancel my plan?

You can cancel your plan at anytime, and you can continue to use the service until it expires. If you can delete a study, your fees will reflect the new price (plan price multiplied by the number of studies you have).

What if I have feature requests?

There is a contact support area in the admin menu, send us a message with your request. When updates are performed you will see a notification appear in the menu area of your admin panel.
